Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us to obtain an RMA number with an explanation or issue. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Damaged in Shipping:

Defective items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information. Our 30 Day warranty applies to manufacturer defects ONLY. Usage-based defects are issues caused by mistreatment and/or misuse of products. For any returns after 30 days, you will have to contact the product manufacturer for your return or replacement.
Note: Prompt shipment of the returned item is required: Once your return has been authorized you will have 1 week to deliver or ship the items to our returns department. If the Return request products are not shipped or delivered within a week of authorization it will result in rejection of the claim and the claim will be closed. But try not to worry, I am not a scam artist and understand situations may occur; so mutual fairness is advised.
Items damaged by misuse or improper care are not covered by our warranty policy.
All Returns must include Full Original Packaging, Accessories, and Documents.
Upon receipt of a return, our Returns Department will inspect and test every product. If found the purchase defective, we will issue a store credit or replacement depending on the requested resolution of the customer. If a replacement is not available, Element Earth CBD Co. reserves the right to issue a store credit.
